Scope

Supplier Verification

We source components from approved suppliers which consists of verified and trusted manufacturers and authorized Channels.

Inspection and Testing Procedures

A thorough visual inspection of all incoming components to check for signs of counterfeiting, such as irregularities in labelling, packaging, physical appearance and verify that accompanying documentation matches the components and includes proper certifications and traceability records. We perform electrical testing on components to ensure they meet specified performance standards.

– X-ray Inspection: Use x-ray analysis to examine internal structures and detect inconsistencies indicative of counterfeiting.
– Decapsulation: In critical cases, perform decapsulation to inspect the die and internal structures of the component.

Use of Accredited Laboratories

We have Partnered with accredited third-party laboratories to conduct specialized testing and verification for high-risk components also we conduct regular audits of third-party laboratories to ensure they maintain high standards of testing and verification.

Counterfeit Parts Handling

– Quarantine Procedure: Immediately quarantine any suspected counterfeit components to prevent them entering the supply chain.
– Non-Conformance Reporting: Document all instances of non conforming materials using a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and initiate a root cause analysis.
– Corrective Actions: FIIPL takes corrective actions and implement accordingly prevent recurrence.

Training and Awareness

Our continuous training to our employees, vendors, clients etc on counterfeit detection techniques, including visual inspection methods, use of testing equipment, and documentation verification.

Reporting and Communication

If any vendor, client etc finds suspected counterfeit components during / after the transaction then shall report / intimate / write to info@formixinternational.com.

Continuous Improvement

Compliance
